Low Emmsion Zone

The former Mare of Greater London, Ken Livingston said that the reason he introduces the low emission zone was to help protect the planet and so that London was a leading environmental city. What’s interesting to consider is that although Mr Livingston’s heart was inevitably in the correct place when he made the decision, it may actually cause more harm than good. Imagine how many old vehicles which still had years left in them will be scrapped now as their emissions were too high. I know one London based Vauxhall dealer who has made an absolute killing out of the new low emissions zone.
