An applicant can log on to their website and run through their complex application process that includes an incorporated psychological profile assessment test, and simultaneously an honesty assessment test. When we think of the term background checks we think of just the criminal types but the real valuable ones are those tests were forced to take in order to comply with the application process. The websites not only know if you lie based on the psychoanalysis of your answers to trick questions but they now can even tell if you changed your answers.
