I just went through the process of Company Registration and there are so many benefits – more than I thought there would be! It’s like having a Christmas hamper early – My company is seen as a legal entity with more power than a business, which gives me more credibility and appears to be more stable than businesses which is good because if I want to get in business with another company they’ll be more inclined to consider! Although company registration is not for everyone, I spoke to my solicitor and found out that it would be perfect for my situation. He even told me a really good company registration service called Companies Now – which I used – and they were really fantastic.
