My business partner and I have been looking to open a new store front in the Orlando area. We are hoping to capitalize on the down tern in the commercial real estate market by locking in a great rental rate while they are at these multi year lows. We have also found that pricing for architecture services can be had a quite reasonable prices too. We have been in talks with scott partnership architects here in Orlando and have been very happy with what they have to say. They have a great resume / portfolio and come highly recommended. They also were able to recommend some great construction firms as well.
