Payday Loans Can Be Useful If You Have An Urgent Need For Cash

The phillosophy behind payday loans is that they are short term loans just to get you through to payday. Because they are short term and because they are seen as high risk of defaulting borrowers they do normally charge high interest rates and fees.
They are not good at all for long term debts and should never be used for that but payday loans can be useful if you have an urgent need for cash especially if the cash is to be used to pay some other debt that will incur high costs and charges if it is not paid in time.
So payday loans do have their uses but they are very expensive loans and should be avoided if there is any alternative way of raising the money you need.
