Control is the issue

Helping to control diabetes is an important issue. There are so many different products on the market that will help to control including diet, pills and shots. What is the best way? I am not really sure that there is a best way.
After some research I have found that 200mg alpha lipoic acid helps me improve my diabetes each day. This is a great feeling to know, even if just a little bit that I am helping to improve this disease.
I know that I will never be free, I will always be a diabetic, but I also know that I am doing something, as little as it may be to help me live more of a normal life.
