It Takes Courage to Expose Your Emotional Wounds

Whether or not you agree with all of the information that is in the Panic Away book, you have to respect the courage that any person must have in order to write about an unpleasant time in their life. This takes a lot to expose yourself to the criticism of some, in order to help others. Simply, what works for some people may not work for everybody. Our experiences not only shape who we are, but they also help to define how we respond to certain information. We all have or will experience some level of anxiety in our lives and will need a sure way to deal with it.
