Surgical Replacement Of Damaged Discs

With the advancement of technology and the science behind it, new hope is being offered to people who suffer from this condition.
Artificial disc replacement is a fairly new approach to the surgical treatment of Multiple Level Spinal Stenosis. New materials are being used in disc replacement that allow for greater stabilization and fusion. Additionally, this technique can be done through the abdomen as opposed to the spinal column. I would encourage you to speak with your primary care physician about the possibility of this procedure as part of your treatment plan.
