He Moved Closer to Us

Several years ago, my grandfather had quite a scare with his health. I think he actually had a mild stroke. Anyways, he ended up coming and living with my dad and his wife takes care of him. It’s been great getting to know him better after years of just sending pictures. He’s actually a funny and chipper guy. He spends time in senior chat rooms and loves to email. Who knew?? I love that he gets to see me on a regular basis and get to know all my kids as well. It’s definitely a lot different than it would have been if he’d never come here. Oh, and he’s doing great health wise.
