What is the purpose of KSA Writing?
January 30th, 2009 by admin
The goal of KSA statements (knowledge, skills and abilities) is to give Federal hiring managers a better idea of your knowledge, skills and abilities than they could get from a simple government resume. The information provided in your KSA answers is indeed much more detailed than what’s available in a generic resume. The name of the high school you went to or the hobbies you have don’t matter here. The only thing government hiring managers want to find in your KSA writing is that you have the right capabilities when confronted to a situation that might occur in the government job you’re applying to.
