Expected Price and Duration

I am fortunate enough to have never been in this situation before, but now that I am in it, I am also lacking the experience to know what I am doing. I need to find a California probate attorney to help me contest my brother’s Will, or should I say, lack of a Will. How long should I expect for this to last and how much should I be expected to pay to go through a normal probate case. I do not think there will be a lot of items contested, but there is just no paperwork to back up the family decisions.
