American walking sock manufacturer celibrate 100 years

Many companies nowadays try to be environmentally friendly when producing goods. None more so than an American sock manufacturer called Wigwam. Wigwam have been making socks for the last 100 years and manufacture a large range of Walking Socks. The green aspect of the company also ties in well with its customers, many of whom enjoy the outdoor activities and Wigwam walking sock product line. Although one project that didn’t work so well, which the company tried some years back, was the marketing of an eco-friendly sock made from recycled soda bottles. At that time people weren’t ready to pay more for used materials. So they decided to look for alternatives energy saving procedures including energy efficient lighting and variable speed drive compressors.
