Great IVR software

I love calling companies that use IVR software to build their voice interactive phone trees. When you can just talk to the computer like your talking to anyone who would normally answer the phone your less likely to care if its a machine or a real person. In some ways actually this is more efficient. You don’t have to memorize what number your response was you just say what it was and the computer takes you to the right place. This is a really interesting system that just came out a few years ago. You can even say “operator” to get to a live operator without having to guess what the command key is for that!
