Keeping up with competitors keywords

I wish there were an easy way to track my competitors keywords.
The little amount of search engine optimization that I know keeps me really busy tracking each site that I feel is competition with me right now.
It really is a pain in the butt to track it all manually. There has to be some teckie out there who has developed software that will combine all the info into one easy to use application, right?
On top of what they actually use on their site, what about their adwords and other campaigns. How the heck is a person to keep up with it all?
